Ingredients:
1 Duck
1 Onion
2 Packages BACON TIRAS BOA ESCOLHA
1 Pack of EXTRA QUALITY SMOKED BACON – PIECES – PROBAR
1 Pack of EXTRA SAUSAGE PROBAR
1 Pack of SLICED EXTRA QUALITY SMOKED BACON PROBAR
1 Package of Vaporized Rice
2 tablespoons of Whisky
Olive Oil, Garlic, Clove, Pepper, Salt q.b.
Preparation:
Refuge the onion, garlic and olive oil. When the onion is golden put the BACON TIRAS BOA ESCOLHA, the Duck in pieces and the EXTRA QUALITY SMOKED BACON – PIECES – PROBAR and let it to cook. Add the clove, the pepper and the whisky and cook until the meat is good to shred. Reserve the sauce.
After the shredded duck put it in the reserved sauce and add the rice. When everything is cooked put it on a baking tray and put on the top SLICED EXTRA QUALITY SMOKED BACON PROBAR and EXTRA SAUSAGE PROBAR in the slices.
Serve immediatly.
