Ingredients for 2 people:
4 Slices of Bread
2 SAUSAGES PROBAR
2 CLASSIC BARBECUE SAUSAGES PROBAR
2 SLICES OF COOKED LEG HAM PROBAR
8 Slices of Cheese
1 Small Bottle of Francesinha Sauce (or make your own sauce)
Start by grilling fevers, SAUSAGES PROBAR and CLASSIC BARBECUE SAUSAGES PROBAR. After everything is grilled, fry the eggs and the potatos. While preparing the ingredients, bring the sauce to a boil over a low heat. On a deep plate, place the slice of bread. Place all the ingredients in layers and finish with a slice of bread. Place the cheese to cover the Francesinha. Put in the oven until the cheese is melted. Remove it from the oven and place the fried egg on top. Arrange the chips around Francesinha and place the sauce.
